This qualification reflects the role of individuals employed in a senior management role within a correctional environment. It includes strategic planning and implementing or driving changes in justice services as well as providing high level leadership within correctional jurisdictions.

Individuals will use high level analysis to plan, develop and implement a broad range of leadership and management initiatives to achieve results in line with organisational goals and strategic directions.
